Social Media Experience
When you take the step to start your social accounts, a lot of questions can come up: what do we post and when, which aspect of our company do we focus on, what is our audience even, how do we know our content is hitting the way we want it to? Why do trends change so quickly and how do we make use of the virality going around online?
As a social media- and community manager, I have learned there is no such thing as a 'set audience' - I see it more like the game Trivia.
We grab pie pieces to fill our circle, but to get there we have to know a little bit about many different area's of expertise.
For example, Instagram and TikTok are platforms that grow accounts with aesthetics combined with your brand-personality.
LinkedIn requires more B2B antics, a direct line to the image and impact of your business, changing your ToV (tone of voice) to articles and news.
So many questions, so much to do... And how about your community? Making a good post is one thing, but how do we grow awareness and connection with our different audiences?
These are questions I come to answer and tasks I pick up for you.
